Natural ways to increases breast milk supply

Things to do

• Drink plenty of water, especially right before you nurse. Drink warm water before bed with lime or lemon keep it beside your bed.

• Eat oatmeal every day it you can ( I find this really helps)

• Spend a weekend in bed with your baby and nurse as much as possible.

• Express with a hospital grade breast pump preferable a double pump in-between feeds and also you can express when feeding your baby at the same time 

• Try to unwind do not rush and sit back and relax.

•  Alternate breast each feed

•  Eat a healthy with plenty of protein.

Things to avoid

·         Avoid pacifiers and bottles until breast feeding is properly establish

·         Avoid taking birth control pills while you are breastfeeding if possible.

·         No smoking

·         Try to cut out caffeine.

• Don’t diet while you are breastfeeding. You can burn 500 carioles a day just by breastfeeding so don’t worry just yet.

For premature baby’s or adoptive mother’s

I find it really easy to use and clean and I would recommend this to anyone breastfeeding that wants to express. I was quite sceptical at first when I received this item because of its size. I had tried previous compressed sprays in the past, and found that the fragrance did not last as long (i.e. lynx bullet) compared to the customary size.
